Sorry, you cannot list fixed price auctions

出現這個報錯的原因是數據表的刊登方式不符合要求

該數據表不支持做BIN （fixed price）一口價的刊登形式

影響因素：賣家帳號表現低於eBay標準等，如差評率比重過大
