2019-02-15 System Update Notice

New Feature:

1. Template designer: "Custom Item" in sidebar now has a new layout of "Medium"
2. Template designer: Added feature to replace default policy text using datasheet policy text
   => If user hasn't specified real payment/ return/ shipping/ contact us policy text in listing template, the system will use datasheet payment and return policy to fill in the payment and return policy box when listing item to eBay, and shipping/ contact us policy box will simply not be displayed
