2021-09-17 System Update Notice

New Feature:

1. [Promoted Listing Advanced] PLA function is now open to all clients, users may update their eligibility using "Update Listing Status"(w/ additional option checked).
   Advertising eligibility can be checked in Channel > Sales Channel > account settings (gear button).
