How to use eDIS (Orrange Connex)to ship order

Go to Channel Account > Sales Channel

Click the pencil button to the left of your eBay account

Click "Update New eBay API Token", jump to eBay, and agree to the authorization.

Every eBay account that you want to ship with SoldEazy needs to be updated with the extension API.

Log in to SoldEazy, go to Channel Account > Shipping Channel

Click "Add new logistics channel"

Select "eBay eDIS"

Please fill in the eBay account ID for shipment, which must be consistent with the eBay account connected to the sales channel.

Log in to https://edis.ebay.com

Click the gear in the upper right corner, find "Account Management", and set the order source to "Synchronize via API"

After the eDIS account is added successfully, please return to the logistics channel homepage, click the gear button on the right side of the added eDIS account, and select the default eDIS shipping address

Go to Order > Package profile

Click Create New Package profile

Fill in the name of the package profile, select the logistics company as "eBay eDIS", and then select the mailing method

Then fill in the details of the package profile
* Each field is required

After saving profile, you can use the package profile of the eDIS account to ship orders in SoldEazy.

Please note that orders from different eBay accounts need to be shipped using corresponding package templates.
